Cashew Brown Sugar Shortbread! So good! This is going to sound strange but I’m hoping there’s at least one other person out there who will get this. Here it is, I could eat brown sugar with a spoon. I love the moist texture, the molasses notes and the way it dissolves on my tongue almost instantly. I warned you, strange, I know.
