Heirloom Tomato and Radish Salad

Heirloom Tomato and Radish Salad. Fresh colorful Heirloom Tomatoes and a delightful array of crunchy, bity, radishes enrobed in a citrus vinegarette.

- 2 Heirloom tomatoes
- 2-3 Breakfast radishes
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 Tbsp cilantro leaves
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of 1/2 of lemon
- Juice of one lime
- 1/2 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 Tbsp honey
- salt and pepper
Make dressing by whisking together the olive oil, lemon and lime juice, dijon and honey. Set aside.
Thinly slice the tomatoes and arrange on the plate.
Thinly slice radishes and arrange around the tomatoes.
Slice the celery and sprinkle over salad.
Sprinkle cilantro over salad.
Drizzle on desired amount of dressing.
Salt and pepper as desired.
