Heirloom Tomato and Radish Salad. Fresh colorful Heirloom Tomatoes and a delightful array of crunchy, bity, radishes enrobed in a citrus vinegarette.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Heirloom tomatoes
  • 2-3 Breakfast radishes
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 2 Tbsp cilantro leaves
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of 1/2 of lemon
  • Juice of one lime
  • 1/2 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 Tbsp honey
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Make dressing by whisking together the olive oil, lemon and lime juice, dijon and honey. Set aside.
  • Thinly slice the tomatoes and arrange on the plate.
  • Thinly slice radishes and arrange around the tomatoes.
  • Slice the celery and sprinkle over salad.
  • Sprinkle cilantro over salad.
  • Drizzle on desired amount of dressing.
  • Salt and pepper as desired.
  • Enjoy!
